Nithya V is a distinguished Company Secretary and Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), bringing over 12 years of comprehensive industry experience, including more than 9 years of post-qualification expertise in corporate legal and regulatory advisory.
She leads the Retainership vertical at her firm, where she specializes in providing strategic and compliance-driven solutions under the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, FEMA, Labour Laws, and other allied legislations. She has a strong track record of working with a diverse clientele, including Indian subsidiaries of multinational corporations across geographies—from America to Japan—as well as listed, unlisted public, and private companies.
Her core strengths lie in capital structuring, corporate restructuring, issuance of debt instruments, and offering expert transaction-specific legal opinions. She is also well-versed in secretarial audit, corporate assurance services, legal drafting, and representing clients before regulatory authorities such as the Regional Director and the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). A meticulous professional, she is known for designing detailed, client-specific compliance checklists covering Company Law, SEBI, RBI (FEMA), SEZ, LEI, and other regulatory frameworks.
Her academic record reflects her consistent excellence and commitment to learning. She secured First Rank in B.Com and received a Certificate of Merit for academic distinction. She was also awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation for her outstanding performance in the Class XII public examinations and achieved First Rank in academic proficiency in both Commerce and English. Additionally, she contributed to academic development as a Member of the Board of Studies in the Department of Commerce at Kongunadu Arts and Science College.
